DESCRIPTION:Keeping with tradition\, this event will utilize a waitstaff\, or as they’re referred to in the Brauhauses of Cologne\, “Kö<a href="http://bes.” \nYou” target=”_blank” title=”bes.” \nYou”>bes.” \nYou never order a thing; it simply comes to you. Kölsch nights are not only a celebration of a particular beer style\, but also an opportunity to immerse oneself in the cultural traditions of Cologne and the close-knit social dynamics that have developed around enjoying this <a href="http://beer. \nThis” target=”_blank” title=”beer. \nThis”>beer. \nThis is a 21+ event taking place in the tent located out back. Entry to the tent requires a valid ticket and to participate in the Kölsch Night experience you must be in the <a href="http://tent. \nHere’s” target=”_blank” title=”tent. \nHere’s”>tent. \nHere’s how it works: \n1. You will swap your credit card for a coaster. Low Tide staff will come by with kranz of Sweet Caroline Kölsch served in the traditional tall cylindrical 0.2-liter glass called a “stange” (yes you get to keep the glass once you’ve had your fill). \n2. As soon as your glass is empty it will be replaced with a full one. For each beer you receive\, a notch goes on your <a href="http://coaster. \nRepeat” target=”_blank” title=”coaster. \nRepeat”>coaster. \nRepeat as <a href="http://desired. \n3″ target=”_blank” title=”desired. \n3″>desired. \n3. When you are finished simply place your coaster on top of your glass. The notches are added up\, and you will be presented with your tab for <a href="http://beer. \nFor” target=”_blank” title=”beer. \nFor”>beer. \nFor only $5 your spot will be reserved with a custom stange glass and your first fill. Additional fills for only $3.
