This dance class is designed to make you feel confident and powerful\, no matter your skill level. The choreography is simple yet expressive\, focusing on fluid body movements\, fun gestures\, and empowering poses. \nBy the end of the class\, you’ll not only have learned some fun dance moves\, but you’ll feel connected to a larger community of women. It’s a celebration of diversity\, self-expression\, and the joy of being unapologetically yourself—an inspiring way to honor International Women’s Day through dance! \nDress code: Anything you can move freely in. Leggings or shorts are fine. Bare feet\, sneakers or dance shoes are also fine. \nPlease arrive 15 minutes early if new to the studio to fill out your liability paperwork. \n(We have a no refund policy so be sure to make it a priority.)
