Participants start at one side of the pool and snake their way up and down each lane as they work towards the other side of the pool. You will be provided with a swim cap if you choose to wear light.RUN:The 2 mile run course is an out and back\, primarily along the Carnes Crossroads neighborhood paths. The course is partially shaded and completely course.BIKE:The bike course is a three loop 8 mile course. The course is flat and takes place within the beautiful Carnes Crossroads neighborhood. The roads are open to traffic – but traffic is usually fairly flat. Women’s AquathlonSwim and run only (no bike portion). The biking element is removed and the distances can be great for daughters to participate with mom\, aunt or grandma!
