Please arrive a few minutes early. \nWe will blow whistles at you\, demand that you mingle with strangers (strange or just unknown)\, and in various other ways – force you to have fun. This is not an evening for the faint of heart.  \nSnacks and drinks will be provided to renew your strength and energy during the evening. Again – we recommend you engage in physical training such as leg lifts while watching TV\, or 2 sit-ups EACH AND EVERY DAY before the event in <a href="http://preparation. \nThe” target=”_blank” title=”preparation. \nThe”>preparation. \nThe only other thing we ask is that you email to confirm your slot immediately!!! Having the right number is crucial to the flow of the evening. So if you reserve a slot\, for heaven’s sake\, PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR!! A last minute “no show” throws everything into a mess\, and if you do this\, we will cry. There are hundreds\, literally thousands\, waiting in line to take your place. Therefore\, we must know as soon as possible to give someone else a chance to panic and do their <a href="http://sit-ups. \nThe” target=”_blank” title=”sit-ups. \nThe”>sit-ups. \nThe only other\, other thing we ask is that you wear something with your team color on it. Teams will be assigned as soon as we have our final count. If you’d rather not dress in your color\, you may alternately wear a black\, gray\, or white shirt.
