By 18\, I was diagnosed with Lupus (SLE)\, and at 25\, Tumid Lupus. I’ve gone through years of trials\, pain\, and learning how to manage multiple autoimmune diseases. While I may look fine most days\, the reality is I struggle more than people see. I get sick often. I’ve had multiple hospital visits. My body doesn’t always cooperate the way I want it to. Even something as simple as walking can be painful for me. I joke about not liking to walk\, but the truth is—it’s not always easy. And that’s why this matters.
