An Evening with Memento Mori Winery at Bellerose

Join us at Bellerose for an intimate evening celebrating the wines of
Memento Mori, paired with a four-course dinner from Chef Anthony Martin.
Memento Mori takes its name from the ancient Latin reminder of life’s
fleeting nature, which its founders embrace as a simple philosophy:
remember to live. Crafted by winemaker Sam Kaplan from some of Napa
Valley’s most storied vineyards, their Cabernet Sauvignon is an invitation
to savor every moment. The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a welcome
reception and passed bites, followed by a seated dinner, with each course
thoughtfully paired with a Memento Mori wine. The menu will be revealed
closer to the date — we’re letting the wines and Chef’s talent lead the
way. Seating is limited to 25 guests. Thursday, December 3 | 6:00 PM $400
per guest, plus tax and gratuity
