All Female Barrel Pick

We’re proud to host a truly special moment at the distillery—our first All-Female Barrel Pick Experience on April 25th, in collaboration with 2TEN90 Media.

For this unique selection, we’re bringing together an all-female tasting panel featuring respected voices in the whiskey community, including Michelle Davelaar and Adriana Rodriguez of Women of Whiskeys, alongside Jac Davelaar, Kim Folsom, Lauren Ely, Kate Hayes, Katherine Nixon,Candace Reppond, Amy Boehm
, Desera Bailey, and more. Together, they’ll lead the selection of their upcoming barrel release—sharing their perspectives, palates, and stories along the way.

VIP Barrel Pick Experience – $25

Get an inside look at the barrel selection process.

VIP guests will be invited into the room during the live pick, where you’ll:

• Observe the full barrel selection process in real time
• Hear directly from the panel about tasting notes, preferences, and decision-making
• Learn more about each participant’s background and journey in whiskey
• Enjoy a curated flight of the four barrels being considered

As a VIP guest, you’ll also have exclusive access to purchase bottles from the selected barrels at 25% off (while supplies last).

VIP Schedule:

• Doors Open: 1:00 PM
• Barrel Tasting Experience: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

General Admission guests are invited to enjoy the atmosphere of the day, including:

• Live music
• A local food truck
• Craft bourbon cocktails from the bar

After the barrel pick concludes, the featured panelists will be out in the main space—giving you the opportunity to meet them, ask questions, and be part of this exciting moment for the distillery. Our bar is open from 12:00-8:00pm.
