Beginner Sushi Class – Charleston, SC

Join us at LoFi Brewing for a fun night of sushi & local beer with local sushi Chef Justin Patton! We’ve been teaching our beginner sushi class in breweries since 2011 & during that time, we’ve had over 15k ppl in 18 states learn how to “roll a big fat one!”
During the class, you’ll learn to make perfect sushi rice, how to make all of the sauces you love from the sushi bar, where to shop/what to buy and how to safely serve raw fish at home, according to health department regulations
