Join hosts Kyra Thompson and Bella Conti for a morning of movement, breath, connection, and pure joy. Breath & Be is your chance to ground your body, free your mind, and celebrate life surrounded by community and the beauty of nature.

We’ll begin by breaking the ice and setting our intentions, then flow into a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga session to wake up and energize the body. From there, you’ll be guided through Somatic Breathwork and Sound Healing to release tension, shift energy, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Afterwards, we’ll come together for conversation, connection, and a refreshing dip in the ocean. We’ll wrap up at DEAD LOW cafe with coffee and light snacks.

About Kyra Thompson:

Kyra Thompson is a trauma-informed somatics and breathwork practitioner with a degree in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston. After graduation, she moved to Bali, where she became certified in somatics, breathwork, and emotional acupressure point therapy.

Her work is rooted in the belief that the body holds the stories the mind can’t always speak, and that true healing happens through gentle presence, nervous system regulation, and deep connection. Kyra has facilitated workshops and sessions around the world, most recently in Mexico and the Philippines, offering space for emotional release, embodiment, and transformation.

She’s passionate about holding safe, grounded containers for people to come home to themselves. Vulnerability and authenticity are at the core of who she is, and she’s a firm believer that the world would be a better place if we all hugged each other more.

About Bella Conti:

With a 200-hour yoga certification and a passion for embodied wellness, Bella is dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find freedom through movement, sound, and presence.

She has led sound healing sessions and facilitated contrast therapy experiences, always creating space for deep connection, community, and self-discovery.

Guided by the belief that healing begins when we drop out of the mind and into the body, Bella invites others to explore stillness, sensation, and authentic expression.

What is Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that links movement with breath, creating a smooth, flowing sequence of poses. It’s a fun and energizing way to build strength, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. In this class, each inhale and exhale guides your body into the next posture, helping you stay present while moving with ease. It’s accessible for all levels, you can move at your own pace and listen to what feels good for your body

What is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is a guided breathing practice designed to help you access and release stored tension, stress, and even unresolved trauma that the body has held onto, sometimes for years. Through specific breathing patterns, your nervous system shifts into a state where deeply buried emotions and experiences can safely surface and move through you. This process works with the body’s innate ability to heal, allowing you to let go of old patterns, open space for new energy, and feel more grounded, clear, and complete. Many participants describe it as a reset for both body and mind, freeing them from weight they didn’t even realize they were carrying.

What is Sound Healing?

Crystal bowl sound healing uses pure, resonant tones to help your mind and body relax and reset. The vibrations from the bowls can calm your nervous system, release stress, and create a meditative state where you feel deeply at ease. Many people describe it as both soothing and energizing, like your whole body is being gently tuned back into harmony. All you have to do is get comfortable, listen, and let the sound wash over you
