Event Attendance

Guests 18 and older are strongly encouraged to attend.

All guests under the age of 21 (18-20 yrs) must be accompanied by a 21+ adult at all times, and properly identified as underage upon arrival. Wristbands will be provided and must be worn for the duration of the event. Due to the serving of alcoholic beverages, these are firm restrictions.

This event requires proof of purchase upon entry. Please ensure purchased tickets are printed or electronic versions are available with a form of identification upon arrival/entry. Event Security will be present and enforced as needed. Groups of guest under the same reservation/ticket name should arrive and check-in together for a smooth check in process.

HOODOO IS A CLOSED PRACTICE, meaning it is soley for individuals of African descent, particularly those with a direct lineage to enslaved African Americans/Africans enslaved in America.

Event organizers have the right to refuse entry for any guest(s) at any given time.

DRESS CODE

The dress code choices for this event is Formal Attire (African, traditional, modern, gala-inspired, and futuristic). You have creative freedom with your attire to wear whatever color you desire as long as your attire is formal and impressive. All black, white, purple, or/and haint blue formal attire is also encouraged (suits, tuxedos, gowns, and dresses). This is a “dress to impress” event.

*Sneakers, flip flops, leggings, athletic wear, and/or casual shirts will not be granted event entry. *
