Join us at New Realm Brewing Co. for an intimate Chef’s Kiss Beer Dinner, a four-course dining experience featuring chef-crafted dishes thoughtfully paired with our craft beers.
Each guest will enjoy four 5-oz beer splashes, paired throughout the dinner to complement each course.
Menu Highlights:
- Amuse Bouche: Shrimp salad served in a cucumber cup with trout roe and jalapeño emulsion
- First Course: House-made beer bread with pork belly, amber glaze, mustard Q sauce, and micro arugula
- Second Course: Marinated beets with cucumber ribbon, cherry tomato, goat cheese, candied pistachio, and pickled red onion
- Third Course: Smoked BBQ chicken thigh with goat cheese mash, grilled broccolini almondine, and bourbon bacon jus
- Dessert: Peanut butter pie topped with candied orange, hop salt, and salted caramel drizzle
