Chucktown Brewdown VI: Homebrew Festival

Chucktown Brewdown is one of the Lowcountry’s favorite homebrew festivals, where beer fans and curious drinkers come together to taste what’s next in craft beer. Each year, talented local brewers bring their best recipes and boldest ideas to the taps for one afternoon of great beer and unexpected.
Over the years, Chucktown Brewdown has been a launching point for brewers who went on to open their breweries, like Coffin Island Brewing and Wyrd Sisters Brewing. Even our own co-owner and head brewer, Justin, got his start as a homebrewer, perfecting the recipe for what’s now our Skinny Vanilla Latte Blonde Stout—a flagship beer that was first brewed for competitions just like today.
