Cooking Ducks with Jamie Hough

This cooking demonstration was created to showcase the Food Culture behind South Carolina’s Wetlands and the Outdoor Heritage that Charleston is blessed to call our backyard. With so many local hunters, conservationists and newcomers to our region looking to take advantage of what we have to offer- we are featuring one of our local fishing guides, celebrity chefs and sportsman who will be preparing locally harvested duck.
Speakers include local partners who make conservation happen here in the lowcountry and are dedicated to continue to protect our coastal wetland habitats.
