Local artist Lindsey Maldonado will lead participants step-by-step through the discovery and creation of a soft pastel landscape painting. Participants will learn shading and blending techniques, as well as how to analyze a reference image to create a striking illustration full of expression! If you’re looking for an outlet, even if you’ve never ‘painted’ before, or are looking for a new medium, join us and embrace the vibrant colors and unique elements of soft pastels. No experience necessary.
