Empowering through Expressions: Teens Standing Against Violence – Hair and Fashion Show
Come join us at Woodland High School for an inspiring event where teens will showcase their creativity and resilience through fashion, hair and dance! This show is more than just about style – it’s about taking a stand against violence and promoting empowerment through self-expression.
Get ready to be amazed by the unique and bold looks created by our featured celebrity designer, DeQuincy Atterberry. DeQuincy is a graduate of Woodland High School. From intricate hairstyles, lead by licensed cosmetologist, LaDovia Atterberry, also a graduate of Woodland High School. The music will capture your mindset to put you in the right atmosphere. The music/DJ will be led by Quenton Atterberry, current Band Director at Woodland High and a graduate as well.
Support these brave individuals as they share their stories and talents on the runway. Let’s come together to celebrate strength, unity, and the power of art to create positive change.
We would not have you come out to such an event without serving you refreshments. Also bring a few extra dollars so you can shop at the vendor tables.
