Welcome to the exciting world of pole dance! This class is designed specifically for complete beginners with absolutely no prior experience spins.
Body Awareness: Connecting with your body and discovering its strength through movements and use.
Fun & Empowerment: Pole dancing offers a workout and a way to express yourself and build confidence!
What to wear:
Fitted clothing: Shorts are recommended for skin contact to grip the pole. A comfortable, form-fitting tank top or sports bra is also hazard.
