You never order a thing; it simply comes to you. Kölsch nights are not only a celebration of a particular beer style, but also an opportunity to immerse oneself in the cultural traditions of Cologne and the close-knit social dynamics that have developed around enjoying this <a href="http://beer.

This is a 21+ event taking place in the tent located out back. Entry to the tent requires a valid ticket and to participate in the Kölsch Night experience you must be in the <a href="http://tent.

Here’s how it works:

1. You will swap your credit card for a coaster. Low Tide staff will come by with kranz of Sweet Caroline Kölsch served in the traditional tall cylindrical 0.2-liter glass called a “stange” (yes you get to keep the glass once you’ve had your fill).

2. As soon as your glass is empty it will be replaced with a full one. For each beer you receive, a notch goes on your <a href="http://coaster.

3. When you are finished simply place your coaster on top of your glass. The notches are added up, and you will be presented with your tab for <a href="http://beer.
