Join Chef Osei “Picky” Blackett for a five-course tasting menu that explores oxtails through a diasporic lens.
Chef Osei “Picky” Blackett, owner of Picky Eaters, Ariapita, and Chef Picky Events & Catering in New York City, was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to the U.S. at 20. Celebrated for his bold Caribbean flavors and global influence, he has cooked at the prestigious James Beard Foundation and been featured in The New York Times and Food & Wine Magazine. Joining him is master mixologist Maritza “Ritzy” Rodriguez, a Brooklyn native of Haitian heritage who views food and drink as vessels for storytelling, memory, and culture. Collaborating with them is Gabrielle’s own Chef Isaac Werre, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate whose career spans acclaimed restaurants like Boka, Chez T.J., and The Restaurant at Justin—named Food & Wine’s “Winery Restaurant of the <a href="http://Year.”
