Peacock Bowl – 2-part ceramics painting technique class

Handmake a stoneware bowl in part 1, then use the “Peacock” painting technique to glaze your handmade bowl in part 2.
In Part 1 (Feb 19) participants will handmake a stoneware bowl. Stoneware clay is a higher fire clay body that can be used in the microwave, dishwasher, and oven. In Part 2 (Mar 26) participants will use the “Peacock” painting technique to glaze their handmade bowls. NOTE: If you register for this class you do not need to register for the March 26 class. You will automatically be registered. All skill levels welcome. Pieces will be fired and ready for pick-up approx. 2 weeks after the second class.
