The morning kicks off at 11:00 AM with a high-energy, 45-minute PULSE class to get you moving and feeling great. After class, stick around to sip a pint, soak up the good vibes, and meet some adorable adoptable puppies from The Bridge Between Animal Rescue. This event is all about community, fitness, and fun—all while supporting a great cause. Every dollar raised goes directly to the shelter, helping care for and rehome animals in need. Come sweat, smile, and maybe even meet your new best friend!
