Slab Built Mug Workshop with Lindsey Maldonado

Learn the basics of hand-building a functional mug from clay. Under the direction of local ceramic artist Lindsey Maldonado, each participant will create a mug from stoneware clay using the slab technique, then customize with textures and/or patterns. Choose from a variety of food safe glazes. Pieces will be fired and ready to be picked up approximately 3 weeks after the class. No experience necessary, all materials provided. For ages 16+.
