Vinyl Painting Class at All My Exes

Class Summary: 

In this creative and eco-friendly workshop, participants will repurpose vinyl records and their casings into one-of-a-kind art pieces. Using paints, brushes, and optional stencils, each attendee will design their own personalized record cover or vinyl surface to take home. The class emphasizes creativity, sustainability, and fun—perfect for all skill levels. 

Class Experience: 

Participants will learn how to turn upcycled vinyl records and their casings into unique works of art! Everyone will leave at the end of class with their very own painted record or record sleeve—completely finished and ready to take home! No return pickup needed. 

Our instructors will guide you through the process of: 

– Choosing your record and exploring a wide range of paint colors, deciding on your design—freehand painting, experimenting with bold colors, or using themed stencils (like Coastal Cowgirl) for a crisp, polished look, and learning how to use both brushes and sponge brushes for different effects – Experimenting with paint amounts and layering for the cleanest results
