Come join us for a high-energy Xtreme Hip Hop step workout with the amazing Alexis! Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a high-energy fitness class that combines hip hop music with step aerobica and dance. It’s a full-body cardio workout that’s designed to be fun and invigorating! . This FREE event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and will be held at the Cane Bay Family YMCA, so grab your friends and get ready to have a blast while getting fit. Registration is highly encouraged (and will be prioritized for spacing. Don’t miss out on this fun and exhilarating workout experience!
