If you’ve been scrambling to check weather apps and Facebook pages, you aren’t alone. The forecast has shaken up the Charleston holiday calendar, but the show will go on!
While North Charleston has rescheduled, Hanahan is marching on tomorrow morning. We’ve compiled the official updated schedule for every major parade in the Lowcountry so you don’t show up to an empty street.

🎅 THIS WEEKEND (Dec 5 – 7)
Rain or Shine—We are still celebrating!
1. Hanahan Christmas Parade Confirmed: Rain or Shine!
- When: Saturday, December 6, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Route: Starts/Ends at Hanahan High School (Murray Dr $\rightarrow$ Belvedere Dr $\rightarrow$ Loftis Rd $\rightarrow$ Yeamans Hall Rd).
- Vibe: Hosted by the Hanahan Exchange Club, this parade is happening regardless of the weather, so grab your umbrella and support the community!
2. City of Charleston Holiday Parade Still ON for Sunday.
- When: Sunday, December 7, 2025
- Time: 3:00 PM (Tree Lighting to follow at ~5:30 PM)
- Route: Broad St. & Rutledge Ave $\rightarrow$ Meeting St. $\rightarrow$ Calhoun St. (Marion Square).
- Pro Tip: Parking is free for 2 hours in select city garages with the “Holiday Park & Shop” voucher.
🎄 NEXT WEEKEND (Dec 13 – 14)
Mark your calendars—Saturday the 13th is now a “Super Saturday” with FIVE major parades.
3. Goose Creek Holiday Parade
- When: Saturday, December 13, 2025
- Time: 9:30 AM
- Location: St. James Avenue
4. Folly Beach Christmas Parade
- When: Saturday, December 13, 2025
- Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Location: Center Street (Closes at 11:30 AM)
5. Ridgeville Christmas Parade
- When: Saturday, December 13, 2025
- Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Route: Ridge Road to Clayhill Elementary School
6. RESCHEDULED North Charleston Christmas Parade
- When: Saturday, December 13, 2025
- Time: Festival starts at 2:00 PM | Parade starts at 3:00 PM
- Location: Park Circle (East Montague Ave area)
7. Charleston Holiday Parade of Boats
- When: Saturday, December 13, 2025
- Time: 6:00 PM (Dusk)
- Viewing: Charleston Harbor (The Battery, Waterfront Park, or Mt. Pleasant Pier).
8. Summerville DREAM Christmas Parade
- When: Sunday, December 14, 2025
- Time: 2:00 PM
- Location: Downtown Summerville (Main St.)
9. Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade
- When: Sunday, December 14, 2025
- Time: 5:30 PM
- Route: Coleman Blvd (begins at Live Oak Dr., ends at Patriots Point).
