23 Juneteenth Events Happening Across The Lowcountry

Charleston, Juneteenth week is stacked.

Across the Lowcountry, organizers are bringing together a full week of events centered on freedom, culture, history, food, music, art, family, community and celebration.

This year’s Juneteenth lineup includes everything from history programs, art exhibitions, block parties, cookouts, concerts, family festivals and parades to boat events, skating, sailing, mural painting and wine on the water.

Whether you are looking for something educational, family-friendly, cultural, musical, outdoors, community-centered or grown, there are multiple ways to celebrate Juneteenth across Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Moncks Corner, Goose Creek and the harbor.
