Rhythm & Roots Cultural Concert Coming To Summerville For Juneteenth
Summerville is adding a new cultural concert to the summer calendar.
Summerville Parks & Recreation is hosting its first-ever Rhythm & Roots Cultural Concert on Friday, June 19, at Brown Family Park, bringing live music, food trucks, vendors, and a community celebration to the heart of Summerville.
The free outdoor concert will feature Mystic Vibrations, giving attendees a night of reggae, roots music, and cultural celebration in recognition of Juneteenth.
A New Juneteenth Celebration In Summerville
The Rhythm & Roots Cultural Concert is designed to celebrate local African American history, culture, and music while creating a welcoming community space for residents and visitors.
The event gives Summerville another family-friendly summer gathering centered around live music, food, local vendors, and cultural connection.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the concert from the lawn at Brown Family Park.
